Possibility Management Processes
...a process is the path of shifting from one shape of Being to another shape of Being.
Clearly, between one solid shape and a new solid shape there is a liquid state.
Once your Being actually changes shape, so many new things are Possible bacause the Universe (ECCO) is forced to interact with your Being differently.
Possibility Management processes for healing, initiation, and transformation have been empirically developed by small teams of Edgeworkers, Riftwalkers, and Possibilitators throughout Europe and the Americas since 1975.
These processes do not originate from the traditional Western psychoanalytical context of Freud and Jung. Nor do they originate from indigenous traditions, or the Eastern spiritual or enlightenment traditions, or from any religious or spiritual belief system.
These processes use distinctions, thoughtmaps, and thoughtware from the archetypal context of radical responsibility out of which Possibility Management emerges. These are authentic adulthood initiations from archearchy, the culture that naturally emerges after matriarchy and patriarchy have run their course.
While upgrading your Thoughtware or being healed or initiated in Possibility Management, both Distinctions and Thoughtmaps are used .

Effective Transformational Processes
CONDITIONS INDICATING THAT A PROCESS COULD BE USEFUL
We have found different causes for emotional Reactivity which can be transformed through the proper and complete use of Possibility Management Processes:
Sometimes several conditions arise in combination. If something is not immediately changing by addressing one of the conditions, try looking for what else it is combined with and starting over.
4 PARTS OF A COMPLETE PROCESS
We have found that there are 4 distinct components in a complete process to empower people to get out of an emotional reaction and back into the present. Make sure to deliver all 4 components of each process.
For example, you may understand a Distinction or a new Practice in your mind, but that will be useless unless you have built enough Matrix in your Being to be Present to the Distinction, to actually live as the newly activated Distinction, to source the Distinction in any Space.
In other words, as you have probably already discovered and observed, it is not enough for Healing or Transformation to occur that your intellect understands something new. Change occurs through becoming something new.

We have been learning the long hard slow painful way that documenting Processes is a central contribution to the transformational and healing arts of Possibility Management. This is how we share the Treasure with each other, which empowers Edgeworker and Bridge Builder Evolutionaries to do their work building next culture - archearchy - the human culture that naturally emerges after matriarchy and patriarchy have run their course.

Navigating Everyday Conversations - DOWNLOAD PDF
In every conversation there are unlimited opportunities to navigate into Low Drama and use the situation for feeding Gremlin. Often times this is a reciprocal feeding, meaning both people’s Gremlins get fed at the same time through destroying the possibility of intimacy, hurting the other, making insulting jokes, being disgusted by the circumstances, complaining, blaming, making wrong, and so on. Humans in groups want to understand their group, and there for do 2 things without thinking about it much. We project unconscious expectations onto those who are directed to space hold and navigate the gameworld that they do what we want and not what we don’t want, and we try to hold the organization solid and unchanging so we think that we understand how it is.
Neither of these are very helpful, but they are difficult to stop, so the best thing to do is to periodically revisit these concerns in a safely held space and let the projections fall away and let the organizational structure reinvent itself so it can re-enter the present.

This process uses individual diversity as a tool for changing an organization’s worst problems into guidelines for improvement. Mistakes become intellectual property. Problems become instruction-manuals for better solutions. This process gives every person a voice, brings all factions together on the same team, efficiently produces 3 clear change initiatives with a multitude of linear and nonlinear solutions, and provides a huge lesson in responsibility.
To bring background conversations into the foreground as a new framework for change making. To produce staff "buy-in" for change. This is a very valuable process. Participants are quite relieved to be able to speak about what has been bothering them for a long time but which in their mind could not be spoken about in public. Reminding Factor Cards
We want you to be able to take everything from the training with you when you go back to your life on Monday morning. The only way that you can take this with you is to learn to recreate it for yourself ongoingly. You recreate it by using it, by speaking about it, and by sharing what you got with the people you care about.
We will get to places of clarity and insight this weekend that you will want to be able to return to. This procedure is about making yourself a map with directions for exactly how to get back there. We call the directions Reminding Factors.
Repackaging
Sometimes a product will not sell, so the manufacturer recalls the product and designs completely new packaging for it. The new packaging has new artwork, different colors, different shaped box, etc. The box has exactly the same contents, but the repackaging gives a completely new experience to the buyer. Now the buyer can see possibilities which they never saw before. They can see themselves with the product, so they buy it. In this same way, a leader can learn how to Repackage any set of circumstances so his or her team can see advantages and have a common vision to commit to success.

Requesting Recognition permits each participant to check inside of themselves to sense whether or not they have been satisfactorily recognized by the others for what they have done or what they contribute to the group. While they are being recognized they also get to experientially decide when they have been recognized enough. If Requesting Recognition is integrated into the culture of the group, then at any meeting anyone who is feeling like they have not been recognized enough about anything can stand up, explain what they contributed, and ask for the recognition they feel is due. The amazing nonlinear benefit of this process is that it eliminates the basis for the kinds of low dramas where a person harbors secret resentments that others do not recognize them sufficiently and then use their resentment… (Resentment is an unfulfilled expectation. An expectation is an assumption that you have assumed to be true.) …they use their resentment as justification for revenge, sabotage, complaining, or threatening to leave. By using Requesting Recognition that game is over.
